Overview

Compass Magazine is a free health and wellbeing guide produced by PAM Wellbeing, aimed at supporting employees by providing them with the latest insights and advice on mental health, wellbeing, and occupational health. The magazine features a diverse range of articles written by qualified clinicians, therapists, and coaches from the wider PAM Group. As a designer, my role was to collaborate closely with team members across the PAM Group to create a visually appealing and cohesive publication that aligns with the PAM Wellbeing branding.

Conclusion

The Compass Magazine design project was a successful collaboration between the design team and the wider PAM Group. By carefully selecting imagery, employing a consistent layout, and aligning with the brand guidelines, we created a visually engaging publication that effectively conveyed the importance of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. The design showcased the expertise of the PAM Group while appealing to employees seeking support, ultimately helping to promote a healthier and more positive work environment.
